For a cold or rainy afternoon there is nothing like a good meal to comfort us, noodles is a good choice, it is a comforting dish, just as if your mother had prepared it. There is nothing more homemade than these noodles.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package medium size noodles
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 twig fresh coriander
  • 1 cup tomato puree, stew
  • 8 beef shank with bone
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Cook the marrow for 20 minutes or until it is cooked with the onion, garlic and salt.
In a saucepan add the oil to be hot to put the noodles to brown.
Once the noodles are golden, pour the stewed tomato puree and add the broth with the marrow and the coriander sprigs. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Place the noodles in plates placing 2 bones on each plate and garnish them or accompany them with cubes of avocado and a little lemon juice, I assure you that you will love them.

TIPS

To know that a marrow is cooked, with the tip of a knife it stings the center of the bone, if it is soft, it is ready.
