Preparation
Cook the marrow for 20 minutes or until it is cooked with the onion, garlic and salt.
In a saucepan add the oil to be hot to put the noodles to brown.
Once the noodles are golden, pour the stewed tomato puree and add the broth with the marrow and the coriander sprigs. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.
