Oriental noodle soup

  • salt
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • 1 package fideo pasta
  • 1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 3 nori, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Boil 2 liters of water with a little salt and the chicken broth cube.
  • Once the cube has dissolved, add the noodles and let cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add the green onion, spinach, nori seaweed, and boil for 3 more minutes. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, it can be more depending on personal taste.
