Pasta a la Charra

This recipe will inspire me in some charro beans that I make different from other people's, since I do not give them chili peppers or spicy I hope you like this recipe.

  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 bell peppers, chopped green
  • 1 chorizo, big
  • 3 turkey sausage
  • 1 package wheel pasta, The Modern 220 g
  • 2 tomatillos, medium
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • water, the needed
  • 1 cube consommé
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, (optional)

  • Brown the bacon with the onion, red pepper, sausage, sausages cut into cubes until golden brown.
  • Add the pasta and fry a little until golden brown. Blend the tomato with the salt the pepper, the consommé.
