Pasta Soup with Chicken, Carrot, and Potato

  • 1 package bowtie pasta, La Moderna
  • 1 tablespoon oil  1 tablespoon oil
  • 100 grams tomato purée

  • Fry the pasta in a little oil and once it is golden, add the tomato puree until boiling.
  • Fill a large pot with 3/4 parts of water.
  • Season the water with salt, pepper, a teaspoon of chicken broth, and a little cilantro, and heat it up.
  • Add the chicken to the pot and let it cook along with the pasta; in the meantime, chop the carrots and potatoes.
  • Once the chicken has started to cook, add the vegetables to cook along with the chicken.
  • Once it has boiled, let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
