Pasta Soup with Chicken, Carrot, and Potato

1 package bowtie pasta, La Moderna
1 tablespoon oil
100 grams tomato purée
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bullion
fresh cilantro
1/2 chicken breasts
4 carrots
2 potatoes
Preparation

Low
Fry the pasta in a little oil and once it is golden, add the tomato puree until boiling.
Fill a large pot with 3/4 parts of water.
Season the water with salt, pepper, a teaspoon of chicken broth, and a little cilantro, and heat it up.
Add the chicken to the pot and let it cook along with the pasta; in the meantime, chop the carrots and potatoes.
Once the chicken has started to cook, add the vegetables to cook along with the chicken.
Once it has boiled, let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
