Spaghetti Ñomi Chicken

  • 200 grams spaghetti, La Moderna
  • 1 stick unsalted butter , 90 g
  • 3 tomatoes, medium
  • 1 onion, medium
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cream , for decoration
  • Manchego cheese

  • Boil the water with half an onion, salt, and the clove of garlic, once it boils, add the package of La Moderna pasta and let it cook for 8 minutes or until the pasta is no longer raw in the center when broken.
  • Cook the tomatoes so that they are covered with water, once they become soft, blend them with the other half of the onion.
  • The chicken is placed in a pot greased with butter, seasoned with salt and pepper, and fried until golden brown.
  • In a large skillet, put 1/4 of the butter, the tomato broth, parsley, salt, and pepper, and let it boil.
  • Once the broth is seasoned, add the spaghetti previously rinsed with cold water and drained, add the chicken and the rest of the butter.
  • Mix and let it boil until the butter melts, taste the broth and add salt if necessary.
  • Turn off the heat and add the cheese, cream to taste, and cover to let the cheese melt.
  • Serve and enjoy.
