Boil the water with half an onion, salt, and the clove of garlic, once it boils, add the package of La Moderna pasta and let it cook for 8 minutes or until the pasta is no longer raw in the center when broken.
Cook the tomatoes so that they are covered with water, once they become soft, blend them with the other half of the onion.
The chicken is placed in a pot greased with butter, seasoned with salt and pepper, and fried until golden brown.
In a large skillet, put 1/4 of the butter, the tomato broth, parsley, salt, and pepper, and let it boil.
Once the broth is seasoned, add the spaghetti previously rinsed with cold water and drained, add the chicken and the rest of the butter.
Mix and let it boil until the butter melts, taste the broth and add salt if necessary.
Turn off the heat and add the cheese, cream to taste, and cover to let the cheese melt.
Serve and enjoy.
