Preparation
Boil the water with half an onion, salt and the clove of garlic, once it is boiled, add the La Moderna pasta package and let it cook for 8 minutes or until the pasta is not raw from the center.
Cook the tomatoes so that the water covers them, once they are soft they are ground together with the other half of the onion.
The chicken is placed in a saucepan with previously greased butter, salt and pepper are added and it is fried until golden brown.
In a large pan put 1/4 butter, tomato broth, parsley, salt, pepper and boil.
Once the broth is seasoned, add the spaghetti previously rinsed with cold water and drain, add the chicken and the rest of the butter.
Mix and boil until the butter melts, taste the broth and add salt if necessary.
Turn off the heat and add the cheese, cream to taste and cover to make the cheese gratine.
Serve and enjoy.
