1 package spaghetti, 250 g
3 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
100 grams parsley
1/2 cups parsley , chopped
1 liter chicken broth
100 grams cotija cheese , grated
1/4 onions
1 package bacon
Preparation

Cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes or until al dente, then drain.
Blend the tomatoes with the garlic and onion.
Chop the bacon and fry it, then pour in the blended tomatoes to fry with the bacon.
Add the chicken broth and incorporate the spaghetti and the chopped parsley.
Heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
