Special Pasta Soup

After making a delicious stew of meat and vegetables, use the broth in which everything was boiled and with that beef broth make the pasta soup. There will be a delicious soup with meat broth very nutritious and excellent for those cold days. Accompany with a marrow bone, it gives the perfect touch.

  • instant pasta soup, La Moderna®
  • broth, of the stew you prepared earlier
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Take the broth from the stew previously prepared and place in a pot.
  • Put to boil with salt to taste (I recommend very little, since the broth is already seasoned).
  • When it is boiling, add the pasta and let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes until it is al dente.
  • Serve with a bone marrow and enjoy.
