6 artichoke hearts, fresh
200 grams ground unsalted pistachio
1 teaspoon flour
6 cups chicken broth
2 teaspoons sour cream
pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil

Bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the flour.
Add the artichoke hearts until tender.
Transfer the soup to a blender and blend finely.
Strain the soup and return it to the pot to continue cooking, add the cream and 3/4 of the ground pistachios.
