Poblano Pepper Cream

Creamy poblano peppers are a very common dish for the weekly menu, but if you want to use them in another way, you can do so with this recipe for poblano pepper cream and Carnation®, which helps you give a second life to your meals and a twist to your daily eating habits.

  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • croutons, for bread to accompany
  • yellow corn, to accompany
  • Oaxaca cheese, shredded, to accompany

  • Blend the poblano peppers with cream and Carnation® Clavel® Milk.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a pot or saucepan, add vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes until the flavors are integrated.
  • Serve the poblano pepper cream hot with bread croutons, yellow corn, and strips of Oaxaca cheese.
