250 grams pork rinds, thin
3 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 liters chicken bullion
salt
pepper

Boil the broth
Chop the tomatoes, onion, and garlic cloves
Put the oil in a pot and pour in the chopped ingredients
Let it sauté
From the broth, separate a quarter and mix it with the chopped ingredients
Let it cool and blend
In the remaining broth, add the 250 grams of pork rind to soften it
Blend
Mix the two blends and now add the cream
season
