Ramyeon

The Korean ramieon or ramen, is the Korean version of this dish and, although you're not used to cooking oriental cuisine recipes, you will not have a problem getting it right. You'll see how easy it is!

  • 50 grams pork
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 stems onion
  • soy sauce
  • 2 stems onion, for the topping
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams deli ham
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • 2 envelopes chinese egg noodle, instant

  • Heat a saucepan at medium heat and pour the two cups of water, the chopped scallions and the soy sauce. The temperature has to be at medium heat so that in a couple of minutes the water will come to a boil
  • Add the meat, cover and raise the intensity of the heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, chop the ham into square pieces.and saute in a pan with olive oil and soy sauce. Then add the onion and the garlic. Cook the noodles in water.
  • Pour all the ingredients that have been sauteed and the drained noodles in the saucepan with the broth; mix and cook everything for 5 minutes.Serve
