Preparation
Heat a saucepan at medium heat and pour the two cups of water, the chopped scallions and the soy sauce. The temperature has to be at medium heat so that in a couple of minutes the water will come to a boil
Add the meat, cover and raise the intensity of the heat for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the ham into square pieces.and saute in a pan with olive oil and soy sauce. Then add the onion and the garlic. Cook the noodles in water.
Pour all the ingredients that have been sauteed and the drained noodles in the saucepan with the broth; mix and cook everything for 5 minutes.Serve
