1 kilo shrimp, clean
1 bunch epazote, washed
50 grams carrot, in squares
50 grams ear corn, cooked
50 grams potato, in cooked squares
200 grams fish fillet, in pieces
2 serrano chiles, green
20 grams granulated chicken bouillon

Fry 1 sliced onion and 1 tomato in squares, in 2 teaspoons. of hot oil. They are liquefied with 1/2 cup of water.
Add the chicken broth powder, 1 pinch of annatto previously undone in hot water, plus 2 cups of water. Let it boil.
Vegetables, chili, and shrimp are added. Let it cook 3 minutes.
Finally, add the fish fillet in squares and cook for another 3 minutes.
Finally, the epazote is added, it is covered and turned off.
