Seaweed Soup

It is a recipe that combines terrestrial and marine vegetables, full of minerals typical of marine algae and very necessary for our body. Ideal for diets.

  • 1/4 onions, filleted
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 50 milliliters soy sauce, or pasta miso
  • 1 carrot, cut in strips or juliana
  • 1 sprig celery, filleted
  • 1 cup green beans, blunt and cut into small pieces
  • 100 grams broccoli, deflowered
  • 50 grams cauliflower, deflowered
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, in juliana
  • 4 tablespoons seaweed, wakame
  • 1 bunch green onion, fillet with tail
  • 1.5 liters water, filtered

  • Heat a pot and add the oil, add the onion, garlic, stir for a minute.
  • Incorporate the vegetables in the following order: onion, celery, pepper and carrot, cook for two minutes. Add the water and let it boil.
  • Once boiled, add green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, soy sauce or miso and seaweed, boil again for five minutes and turn off.
  • To serve.
