Seaweed Soup

It is a recipe that combines land and sea vegetables, full of minerals from seaweed that are very necessary for our body. Ideal for diets.

  • 1/4 onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 50 milliliters soy sauce, or miso paste
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips or julienne
  • 1 sprig celery, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into small pieces
  • 100 grams broccoli, de-flowered
  • 50 grams cauliflower, de-flowered
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, in julienne
  • 4 tablespoons seaweed, wakame
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced with tail
  • 1.5 liters water, filtered

  • Heat a pot and add the oil, add the onion and garlic, stir for one minute.
  • Add the vegetables in the following order: green onion, celery, bell pepper, and carrot, cook for two minutes. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  • Once it has boiled, add the green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, soy sauce or miso, and the seaweed, bring to a boil again for five minutes and turn off.
  • Serve.
