1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into small pieces
100 grams broccoli, de-flowered
50 grams cauliflower, de-flowered
1/2 red bell peppers, in julienne
4 tablespoons seaweed, wakame
1 bunch green onion, sliced with tail
1.5 liters water, filtered

Heat a pot and add the oil, add the onion and garlic, stir for one minute.
Add the vegetables in the following order: green onion, celery, bell pepper, and carrot, cook for two minutes. Add the water and bring to a boil.
Once it has boiled, add the green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, soy sauce or miso, and the seaweed, bring to a boil again for five minutes and turn off.
Serve.
