Finely chop and sauté the onion and garlic. Peel the tomatoes and roast them a bit, then wash and completely peel the shrimp.
Boil the guajillo chiles until softened and blend them with very little water along with the tomatoes, garlic, and onion.
Strain and pour into a pot, add 2 liters of water or as much as you consider necessary, bring to a boil over medium heat, add chicken broth powder, salt, and pepper if deemed necessary.
Finally, add the shrimp and reduce the heat, let it simmer until they change color.
