A shrimp broth different from the ones you have tasted. The base is made with green tomatoes which gives a rich and different flavor. You'll never imagine how well the shrimp broth tastes like that. It will be your favorite.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • 6 green tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 Cube chicken broth powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • 2 liters Water
  • 2 guajillo chilies, chile serrano and chile de árbol

Preparation

Finely chop and sauté the onion and garlic. Remove the peel from the tomatoes and roast a little, wash and peel the shrimp completely.
Boil the guajillo chiles until they have softened and liquefy them with very little water and with the tomatoes, garlic and onion.
Strain and pour into a saucepan, add the 2 liters of water or as necessary, put to boil over medium heat, add chicken powder, salt and pepper if necessary.
Add the shrimp at the end and lower the heat, boil until they change color.
