Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan, add the scallions, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili, vinegar, muscovado sugar, lime leaves, and lime juice, lower the temperature after boiling and reduce for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for approximately 5 more minutes until the shrimp turn a consistent orange color.
Whisk the two eggs perfectly and add to the hot mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
