Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 liters chicken soup
  • 5 branches chives, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 Chili pepper, bird's eye without seeds and well chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 1 leave yellow lemon
  • 1 yellow lemon, just the juice
  • 400 grams shrimp, of shoddy previously peeled, washed and deveined
  • 1 dry chile de árbol pepper, without seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 fist fresh basil leaf
  • to taste Tabasco sauce
  • 1 yellow lemon, sliced

Preparation

Put the chicken broth to boil in a saucepan, add the chives, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili, vinegar, mash, lime leaves and lime juice, lower the temperature after boiling and reduce for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for about 5 more minutes until the shrimp turn a consistent orange color.
Beat the two eggs perfectly and add to the hot mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a good Sake.

TIPS

Serve with chopped basil leaves and slices of lime. Use Tabasco sauce to taste.
