2 guajillo chiles, without seeds and tail
1 tomato, diced
1/4 onions
1 garlic, tooth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 cups water
3 Knorr ® shrimp bouillon, cubes
500 grams shrimp, medium head
1 cup carrot, cooked and diced
1 cup potato, cooked and diced
2 fresh epazote, twigs

Boil the peppers and tomato for 10 minutes or until soft.
Blend together with garlic and onion. Strain and reserve.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the sauce over medium heat for 10 minutes or until well cooked.
Pour the water, cubes of Knorr® Shrimp Broth Shrimp and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp, vegetables and cook over medium heat for 5 more minutes or until shrimp are well cooked.
Add the epazote branches, remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, accompany with lemon juice and serve.
