Simple Gazpacho

A rich cold gazpacho to taste with your family on warm days.

  • 1 can tomato soup, Campbells
  • 1/2 liters V8 juice
  • 3 tablespoons homemade dressing, for salad
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in cubes without seeds
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped into cubes
  • sprigs celery, chopped into squares
  • 3 tablespoons red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • croutons, for salad

  • Mix the soup (undiluted) with the V8 juice and add the salad dressing and fresh pepper.
  • Put to refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Chop all the ingredients to decorate the soup.
  • Serve the cold soup and season with all the vegetables and croutons to taste.
