1 can tomato soup, Campbells
1/2 liters V8 juice
3 tablespoons homemade dressing, for salad
black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 cucumbers, diced without seeds
1 green bell pepper, chopped into cubes
sprigs celery, diced
3 tablespoons red onion
1 avocado
croutons, for salad
Preparation

Mix the soup (undiluted) with the V8 juice and add the salad dressing and fresh pepper.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Chop all the ingredients to garnish the soup.
Serve the soup cold and season with all the vegetables and croutons to taste.
