Delicious red pozole made with corn and pork, this dish is 100% Mexican and I love to prepare it during national holidays.

  • 2 kilos corn
  • 3 kilos pork
  • 4 kilos pork bone
  • 1/2 kilos guajillo chile
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice onion
  • 3 tablespoons chicken broth

  • The corn is boiled with two tablespoons of chicken broth. Detect that the grain is ready when it begins to pop.
  • At that point, it is washed well, and the bone and pork meat are added.
  • Subsequently, the garlic, onion, cumin, and chili are ground, strained, and added to the corn with the boiling water.
  • Salt is added to taste, and it's ready.
