The corn is boiled with two tablespoons of chicken broth. Detect that the grain is ready when it begins to pop.
At that point, it is washed well, and the bone and pork meat are added.
Subsequently, the garlic, onion, cumin, and chili are ground, strained, and added to the corn with the boiling water.
Salt is added to taste, and it's ready.
