Try this delicious spicy chicken ramen recipe, which is full of flavor, as the chicken cooks in the broth and turns out delicious. Plus, it's very easy to make and practical, as it only requires two different functions of the Instant Pot Duo®.
2 green onions, cut into medium pieces, diagonally
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 liter vegetable broth
1/2 cups soy
1/4 cups rice vinegar
2 cups noodles
1/2 cups green onion, only the green part, cut into thin slices
1/2 cups button mushrooms, sautéed with sesame oil
1/2 cups soybean sprouts, cooked
2 eggs, cooked and halved
cilantro leaves, for garnish
black sesame seeds, for garnish

Select the sauté function for 15 minutes on the Instant Pot Duo® and add the sesame oil, then sear the chicken breast for 5 minutes on each side, remove from the Instant Pot Duo® and add the garlic, scallions, and ginger, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Return the chicken breast to the Instant Pot Duo® and add the vegetable broth, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Close the Instant Pot Duo® and cook on the meat/stew function for 6 minutes.
Open the Instant Pot Duo® and remove the chicken, slice it on a cutting board into 1 cm thick slices. Set aside.
Add the noodles to the broth and cook on the soup/broth function for 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl, first the noodles, then two slices of chicken, the mushrooms, the bean sprouts, 1 piece of boiled egg, and finally, the scallions.
