Ingredients: 1/4 cups sesame oil; 1/2 chicken breasts, with skin and boneless; 4 cloves garlic, sliced thin; 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped; 2 green onions, cut into medium, diagonal pieces; 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce; 1 liter vegetable broth; 1/2 cups soy; 1/4 cups rice vinegar; 2 cups noodles; 1/2 cups green onion, only the green part, sliced thin; 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sautéed with sesame oil; 1/2 cups soybean sprouts, cooked; 2 eggs, cooked and halved; cilantro leaves, for garnish; black sesame seeds, for garnish

Select the sauté function for 15 minutes in the Instant Pot Duo® and add the sesame oil, then sear the chicken breast for 5 minutes on each side, remove from the Instant Pot Duo® and add the garlic, green onion, and ginger, and fry for 2 minutes. Return the chicken breast to the Instant Pot Duo® and add the vegetable broth, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Close the Instant Pot Duo® and cook on the meat/stew function for 6 minutes.
