Try this delicious recipe for spicy chicken ramen, which is a recipe full of flavor, because the chicken is cooked in the broth and it is delicious. In addition, it is very easy to do and practical, since it requires only two different functions of the Instant Pot Duo®.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 cups sesame oil
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, with skin and without bone
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 cambray onions, cut into medium pieces, skewed
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cups soy
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 2 cups noodles
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion, just the green part, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cups mushroom, sautéed with sesame oil
  • 1/2 cups soybean germ, Cooked
  • 2 eggs, cooked and cut in half
  • to taste coriander leave, to decorate
  • to taste black sesame seed, to decorate

Preparation

Select the function to sauté for 15 minutes in the Instant Pot Duo® and add the sesame oil, then seal the chicken breast for 5 minutes on each side, remove from the Instant Pot Duo® and add the garlic, chambray onion and the ginger, and fry for 2 minutes.
Return the breast to the Instant Pot Duo® and add the vegetable broth, rice vinegar, siracha sauce, and soy. Close the Instant Pot Duo® and cook on meat / stew for 6 minutes.
Open the Instant Pot Duo® and remove the chicken, on a cutting board into 1 cm thick slices. Reservation.
Add the noodles to the broth and cook on the soup / broth function for 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl, first the noodles, then two slices of chicken, the mushrooms, the soy germ, 1 piece of boiled egg and at the end, the chambray onion.
Accompanied by your favorite drink and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Place in a bowl and decorate with boiled egg, mushrooms, chives and black sesame.

TIPS

You can also make this recipe with shrimp or beef. If it is with shrimp, simply fry the garlic with ginger, then the shrimp, add broth and noodles, and cook 10 minutes.
