In a pot, place the 5 cups of water, spinach, apple, pear, star anise, clove, pepper, and garlic, which we previously cut in half and removed the center, which is a long green stalk, to avoid poor digestion.
Everything is put on the heat, and when it starts to boil, reduce the flame and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Remove the clove, pepper, and star anise, place the vegetables and fruits in the blender, add 1/4 onion, salt, broth, and blend with a bit of the cooking broth.
It is important to NOT throw away the broth in which the vegetables were cooked, as we will use it for cooking.
We put a pot on the heat and add the butter along with the oil; once they are hot, we add the blended mixture, along with the 3 cups of milk and a pinch of parsley, stirring to combine everything and waiting for it to boil, then remove from heat and serve hot.
