Spinach soup

This recipe of spinach soup is delicious thanks to the texture it has.

  • 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 potato, peeled and sliced
  • 4 1/2 cups chicken bullion
  • 3 sprigs chives, chopped
  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1/3 cups fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic

  • Heat the olive oil and season the onion for 8 minutes, add the potatoes and half of the grated garlic, season 5 minutes more.
  • Add the consome and chives, boil covered for 15 minutes.
  • Add spinach and coriander. Boil for 5 minutes. Blend and rectify the flavor by adding salt and pepper.
  • It can be served with a little cream on each plate.
