Preparation
Heat the olive oil and season the onion for 8 minutes, add the potatoes and half of the grated garlic, season 5 minutes more.
Add the consome and chives, boil covered for 15 minutes.
Add spinach and coriander. Boil for 5 minutes. Blend and rectify the flavor by adding salt and pepper.
It can be served with a little cream on each plate.
