200 grams chickpea , dry
1 cup tomato
1/2 cups onion
1/2 cups bacon
1/2 cups chorizo, or longaniza
1 liter water
salt , to taste

Soak the chickpeas overnight or for 12 hours.
Put the chickpeas to boil with salt until they are soft.
In a pot, fry the chorizo and then the bacon.
In another pot, fry the onion, then the tomato, and add the chorizo and bacon.
When the chickpeas are ready, add the contents of the pot, a little water, and salt if necessary. Let boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
