Sweet Potato Cream

Try this delicious cream with a different and delightful flavor. A cream that will be perfect as a first course in a meal, on a cold or rainy day. You will want to enjoy it in the company of your loved ones, and they will love it.

  • 2 Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, cubes
  • 2 cups sweet potato, peeled, cooked, and cubed
  • 1 cup onion, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 garlic, medium cloves, chopped
  • 6 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
  • 4 cups low-fat milk

  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the margarine Primavera Chantilly® Unsalted and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the sweet potato and sauté for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and blend thoroughly with the milk. Strain and return to the pot.
  • Add and incorporate the Knorr® Suiza chicken broth. Boil for a couple more minutes and serve.
