Ingredients: 2 Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, cubes; 2 cups sweet potato, peeled, cooked, and cubed; 1 cup onion, cut into medium cubes; 2 garlic, medium cloves, chopped; 6 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine; 4 cups low-fat milk

In a pot over medium heat, melt the margarine Primavera Chantilly® Unsalted and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the sweet potato and sauté for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and blend thoroughly with the milk. Strain and return to the pot.
