6 boneless chicken breasts
1 carrot, peeled
1 onion
1 celery
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 grams black peppercorn, in ball
1 leaf bay
4 teaspoons parsley, chopped

Boil the chicken in 2 cups of water, when it has created a layer of white fat on top, discard the water and rinse the chicken breasts.
Cut the onion and carrot into cubes.
In a large pot pour the 8 cups of water and add all the vegetables and chicken and boil over low heat for 1 hour and a half.
Once the broth is ready, it can be frozen into cubes and each cube is equivalent to 2 or 3 tablespoons of Swiss koré.
