Preparation
Boil the chicken in 2 cups of water, when there is created a layer of white fat on top discard the water and rinse the chicken breasts.
Cut into cubes the onion, and the carrot.
In a large pot pour the 8 cups of water and add all the vegetables and chicken and boil over low heat for 1 and a half hours.
Once ready the broth can be frozen in cubes and each cube is equivalent to 2 or 3 tablespoons of Swiss koré.
