Tortilla Soup with Goat Cheese

Give a twist to the traditional tortilla soup by trying this recipe that is accompanied by a bit of goat cheese, you will love it!

  • 4 corn tortillas, julienned 4 corn tortillas, julienned

  • Fry the pasilla chili in oil at very low temperature, being careful not to burn it.
  • Add the tomato broth, a few julienned tortillas, and the sprig of epazote, let it boil for about 5 minutes.
  • Blend and return the contents to the pot.
  • Form small balls with the goat cheese to serve as a garnish along with the avocado and the julienned tortillas.
