Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter Knorr® Tomato Soup
  • 4 corn tortillas, fried in julienne
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pasilla chili pepper, without seeds
  • 1 branch epazote
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese
  • 4 avocados

Preparation

Fry the pasilla chili in the oil at a very low temperature, taking care not to burn.
Add the tomato sauce and a few julienne tortillas and the epazote branch, boil for about 5 minutes.
Blend and replace the contents in the pot.
Form small balls with the goat cheese to serve as garnish along with the avocado and julienne tortillas.
