Two Cheese Cream with Blueberries in White Wine

Try this creamy and delicious two-cheese cream that has an intense flavor of Manchego cheese and Chihuahua cheese. It is very rich and served on a rustic bread that pairs perfectly, with an elegant touch of white wine and decorated with dehydrated blueberries.

  • 4 tablespoons Lala® butter
  • 1/4 white onions, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 liter Lala® milk
  • 150 grams Lala® manchego cheese, in cubes
  • 150 grams Lala® Chihuahua cheese, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 4 artisan bread rolls, without crumbs
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, for decoration

  • In a small pot over medium heat, melt the LALA® Butter and cook the onion until transparent.
  • Add the flour all at once and cook until a golden dough forms, stirring constantly.
  • Add the LALA® Milk and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly, or until it thickens.
  • Incorporate the LALA® Manchego Cheese and LALA® Chihuahua Cheese. Cook for 10 more minutes for the cheeses to melt, add the wine, season, and mix.
  • Strain the cream and serve on the breads, decorate with the dehydrated blueberries.
