2 tomatoes, without skin
1/2 red bell peppers
1/4 cucumbers, (reserve 6 slices for garnish)
1/4 cloves garlic
1/4 onions, little
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 Golden Delicious apples

Blend the tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers, garlic and onion perfectly.
Add the pinch of salt, oil and vinegar, continue blending so that the new ingredients are integrated.
Add the 3 tablespoons of vinegar and taste, if you feel that there is still a little left, rectify by adding a little more.
Until the gazpacho has a very liquid consistency, go to the next step, if not, add cold water until it is to your liking, rectify the flavor.
Finally add the half apple in small squares and do the same with the cucumber that we had reserved
Put in the refrigerator and serve very cold.
