Typical Andalusian Gazpacho

Rich tomato soup with pepper, typical of Spanish cuisine, known as gazpacho. It is a simple, refreshing, elegant preparation that will make you look like a sophisticated chef to your guests.

  • 2 tomatoes, without skin
  • 1/2 red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cucumbers, (reserve 6 slices for garnish)
  • 1/4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions, little
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 Golden Delicious apples

  • Blend the tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers, garlic and onion perfectly.
  • Add the pinch of salt, oil and vinegar, continue blending so that the new ingredients are integrated.
  • Add the 3 tablespoons of vinegar and taste, if you feel that there is still a little left, rectify by adding a little more.
  • Until the gazpacho has a very liquid consistency, go to the next step, if not, add cold water until it is to your liking, rectify the flavor.
  • Finally add the half apple in small squares and do the same with the cucumber that we had reserved
  • Put in the refrigerator and serve very cold.
