Typical Andalusian Gazpacho

Delicious tomato soup with bell pepper, typical of Spanish cuisine, known as gazpacho. It is a simple, refreshing, elegant preparation that will make you look like a sophisticated chef in front of your guests.

  • Blend the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers, garlic, and onion perfectly.
  • Add a pinch of salt, oil, and vinegar, and continue blending to integrate the new ingredients.
  • Add the 3 tablespoons of vinegar and taste; if you feel it needs a little more, adjust by adding a bit more.
  • Once the gazpacho has a very liquid consistency, move on to the next step; if not, add cold water until it reaches your desired consistency, and adjust the flavor.
  • Finally, add the half apple in small cubes and do the same with the cucumber that we had reserved.
  • Place in the refrigerator and serve very cold.
