Rich tomato soup with pepper, typical of Spanish cuisine, known as gazpacho. It is a simple, refreshing, elegant preparation that will make you look like a sophisticated chef before your guests.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tomatoes, without skin
  • 1/2 red peppers
  • 1/4 cucumbers, (reserve 6 slices to decorate)
  • 1/4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions, little
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 yellow apples

Preparation

Blend perfectly the tomatoes, the pepper, the cucumbers, the garlic and the onion.
Add the pinch of salt, oil and vinegar, continue blending to integrate the new ingredients.
Add the 3 tablespoons of vinegar and try, if you feel that you still need a little, rectify adding a little more.
Until the gazpacho has a very liquid consistency goes to the next step, if not add cold water until it is to your liking, rectifies the taste.
Finally add the half apple in small squares and do the same with the cucumber we had reserved
Put in the refrigerator and serve very cold.

PRESENTATION

Serve with bread.

TIPS

Use tomatoes that have not been refrigerated, this will give an exquisite taste to the gazpacho.
