Vegetable and Noodle Soup

  • 2 blacks sesame seeds
  • 1/2 leeks, julienned
  • 1 chayote, cubed
  • 10 green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1 tub chicken broth
  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon, with tomato
  • 1/2 bags fideo pasta, number 2
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 cup avocado, cubed
  • 1 cup panela cheese, cubed

  • Pour 2 liters of water, chicken broth, tomato puree, chicken and tomato bouillon cubes into a pot over heat, followed by the carrots, chayote, green beans, and leek; let it simmer for about 2 hours.
  • After the time is up, add the pasta and let it boil for 15 min.
  • Turn off and serve with avocado and cubed panela cheese.
