1 cup green beans, in cubes
1/2 cups carrot, in cubes
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cups peas
1 cup tomato purée
2 squares chicken bouillon cube
7 cups water
1 dried guajillo chile
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the potatoes, carrots, green beans, corn, and peas for about 10 minutes.
While the vegetables are browning, pour the water and chicken broth into a large pot and bring to a boil.
Add the can of tomato puree and the dried guajillo pepper to the boiling water.
Add the vegetables and boil the soup for about 15 more minutes to ensure the vegetables release their flavor.
Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste and remove the pepper before serving.
