Vegetable Soup for Beginners

A rich simple recipe for anyone who is already a beginner in the kitchen to prepare a vegetable soup.

  • 1 envelope instant pasta soup
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 8 button mushrooms
  • 1 bunch zucchini blossoms
  • 2 ears corn, shelled
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 1 chipotle chile

  • Put the shelled corn to cook with a little salt in the water.
  • When the corn is half cooked add the other vegetables.
  • Since they are all cooked add the instant pasta envelope and the chipotle.
  • Let it cook for as long as the envelope says.
