A simple rich recipe for anyone who is a beginner in the kitchen to prepare a vegetable soup.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 on instant pasta soup
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 1 bunch pumpkin flower
  • 2 corn, shelled
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1/2 liters Water
  • 1 to taste chipotle chili

Preparation

Put the corn husked with a little salt in the water.
When the corn is half cooked add the other vegetables.
Once they are all cooked, add the instant pasta envelope and the chipotle.
Let it cook for as long as the envelope says.

PRESENTATION

It can be decorated with some fresh grass like parsley

TIPS

It can be made with any combination of vegetables starting to cook the most delayed and get the rest, until the end with the pasta soup.
