Cauliflower Soup with Ginger

  • 1 onion, medium, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 Jalapeño chile, seedless and chopped
  • 1 cup kale, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon ground cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 can coconut milk, sugar-free
  • 1 teaspoon sea ​​salt
