  • 2 tablespoons Nutrioli Protect® Defense
  • 1 cup chicken breast, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 3 tablespoons Nutrioli Protect® Defense
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups broccoli, in florets
  • 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cups panela cheese, in cubes
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Heat Nutrioli Protect® Defensas and cook the chicken breast for 3 minutes or until it starts to change color. Then add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add a little Nutrioli Protect® Defensas and flour, mix and cook for 3 minutes or until it takes on a golden hue. Pour in the water and whipping cream, cook for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are well integrated.
  • Add the ingredients from step one, broccoli, and mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve the creamy vegetable soup and accompany with cubes of panela cheese and parsley.
