Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Nutrioli Protect® Defense; 1 cup chicken breast, in cubes; 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups carrot, in small cubes; 1/2 cups celery; 3 tablespoons Nutrioli Protect® Defense; 1 1/2 tablespoons flour; 4 cups water; 1 cup whipping cream; 1/2 cups broccoli, in florets; 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sliced; salt and pepper; 3/4 cups panela cheese, in cubes; parsley, finely chopped

Heat Nutrioli Protect® Defensas and cook the chicken breast for 3 minutes or until it starts to change color. Then add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, add a little Nutrioli Protect® Defensas and flour, mix and cook for 3 minutes or until it takes on a golden hue. Pour in the water and whipping cream, cook for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are well integrated.
