2 cups white cabbage, in thin strips
1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped
1 cup tomato, in small cubes
1/2 cups panela cheese, in small cubes
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 teaspoon chicken broth, or vegetables
2 sprigs cilantro, to add flavor
1 pinch cumin
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Heat a little oil in a pot to sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, then incorporate a pinch of ground cumin and mix all the ingredients well.
Add the vegetable broth, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook with all the ingredients for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cabbage is tender and all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve the cabbage soup with cubes of fresh panela cheese and chopped cilantro.
