Noodle Soup with Chicken and Vegetables

This recipe is very simple but very rich recommended for children who do not like vegetables very much, its flavor is so rich that they will eat it with pleasure.

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 chicken breast, shredded
  • peas and carrots
  • 1 ear corn, shelled

  • We fry the noodles in little oil. Put in another pot to cook the chicken breast.
  • The tomato is roasted together with the garlic and the onion, we liquefy with little water.
  • Put the liquefied to the noodles and add the broth where the chicken was cooked.
  • We add the chicken and the vegetables (peas, corn kernels and carrots)
  • Let boil for fifteen minutes or until the noodles are well cooked.
  • Serve in bowls.
