Noodle Soup with Chicken and Vegetables

This is a very simple but very tasty recipe recommended for children who do not like vegetables much; its flavor is so delicious that they will eat it with pleasure.

  • 1 package fideo pasta, La Moderna

  • Fry the noodles in a little oil. In another pot, boil the chicken breast.
  • The tomato is roasted along with the garlic and onion, then blend with a little water.
  • Add the blended mixture to the noodles and pour in the broth where the chicken was cooked.
  • Add the chicken and the vegetables (peas, corn kernels, and carrots).
  • Let it boil for fifteen minutes or until the noodles are well cooked.
  • Serve in deep plates.
