Noodle Soup with Chicken and Vegetables

This is a very simple but very tasty recipe recommended for children who do not like vegetables much; its flavor is so delicious that they will eat it with pleasure.

1 package fideo pasta, La Moderna
1 tomato
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1 chicken breast , shredded
peas and carrots
1 ear corn, kernelled

Low
Fry the noodles in a little oil. In another pot, boil the chicken breast.
The tomato is roasted along with the garlic and onion, then blend with a little water.
Add the blended mixture to the noodles and pour in the broth where the chicken was cooked.
Add the chicken and the vegetables (peas, corn kernels, and carrots).
Let it boil for fifteen minutes or until the noodles are well cooked.
Serve in deep plates.
