Onion Soup

Traditional onion soup, prepare this delicious onion soup during the cold season and serve with a tasty baked gruyere cheese crouton.

  • 2 cups caramelized onion
  • 1 1/2 liters beef broth, or chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 pepper, in grains
  • salt

  • Season with a little salt and cook on low heat.
  • Season more if necessary. Serve very hot.
