1 carrot, chopped
1 chayote, chopped
1 cup broccoli
2 bell pepper, red and green, cut into strips
2 stems celery
2 liters chicken broth
200 grams pasta, snail
1 cup peas
1 pumpkin, chopped
salt
pepper
Preparation

Sauté the carrot, chayote, and broccoli.
When they are soft, add the peppers and celery, mix well.
Add the broth, pasta, and the rest of the vegetables.
Season and let simmer on low heat until the pasta and vegetables are cooked.
Remove from heat and serve.
