Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 chayote squash, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 bell pepper, red and green, cut into strips
  • 2 stems celery
  • 2 liters chicken soup
  • 200 grams pasta, snail
  • 1 cup pea
  • 1 pumpkin, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Skip the carrot, chayote and broccoli.
When they are soft, add the peppers and celery, mix well.
Add the broth, the pasta and the rest of the vegetables.
Season and leave over low heat until the pasta and vegetables are cooked.
Remove from heat and serve.
