4 cups pumpkin, peeled, seeded, and cubed
2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 onions, diced
1 red chile, seedless and diced
4 cups water
2 cubes chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
white peppers, to taste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt

Heat the butter, add the onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent. Add the pumpkin and potatoes. Mix well and add 2 cups of water.
Let it simmer for about 30 minutes and then blend the soup.
Add 2 cups of water, chicken bouillon cubes, the chili, thyme, and white pepper.
Return to the pot and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve with a tablespoon of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
